It is widely accepted that the most desirable part of a baked good is the portion that has been exposed to open air during cooking. With the Bake360, it would be possible to have this effect on all sides of the baked good, creating a product that is wholly enjoyable.

Post-Spring Break
Consulted today with Robert Stark on motor selection. It appears that will we use the following motor along with an Arduino microcontroleer in order to vary the speed settings:
Tomorrow we aim to machine the three rings for our device.
