A site dedicated to updating the status of our Columbia University Mechanical Engineering Senior Design project, The Bake360. It is widely accepted that the most desirable part of a baked good is the portion that has been exposed to open air during cooking. With the Bake360, it would be possible to have this effect on all sides of the baked good, creating a product that is wholly enjoyable.
